CMP1
(Conflict Management Programme Level 1)
The core elements of the Conflict Management Programme have been designed to allow participants to recognise pre-incident indicators and anomalies in human behaviour and/or their immediate environment.
Our bespoke training programmes are currently taught to many government agencies, public and private sectors, and County Councils nationwide. All CMP’s have been assessed and accredited to comply with legal parameters with the safety of staff of paramount importance.
All of our clients have specific needs and requirements. The bespoke modules have been designed with information garnered from members of staff and management. The utility of this information precipitates holistic training of the highest standard.
The course is designed for those working in:
Healthcare
Security
Close Protection
Education
HR Departments
Law Enforcement
Emergency Services
Prison Service

Proxemics refers to the study and our awareness of how space and distance influence communication.
Self-management
Understanding your ability to manage behaviours, thoughts, and emotions in a conscious and productive way.
Self-control

Ego awareness
The overarching principle for optimal outcomes in conflict management is ego awareness of the self.
Physical Intervention and Breakaway Techniques
This course includes scenario training addressing a continuum of potentially problematic situations. These scenarios are imperative to trigger the limbic system via the amygdala. This allows first-hand experience of how we will (actually) react.
This accredited training is currently provided to all Dublin Fire Brigade Firefighters and Paramedics and is designed to meet the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council’s Education and Training Objectives.
